Pin Trading App by Evergreen Apps LLC
Last Updated: February 3, 2026
Evergreen Apps LLC ("Evergreen Apps," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, share, store, and safeguard information when you access or use the Pin Trading mobile application, our companion website at pintrading.io, and any related services (collectively, the "App").
The App is an independent pin-identification and collection tool. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, authorized, or endorsed by The Walt Disney Company, any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other theme park or entertainment company. Any references to Disney, Disney parks, Disney pins, or other third-party brands are for descriptive and informational purposes only — to help you organize and identify your own pin collection — and do not imply any official connection, approval, or endorsement. All Disney-related names, logos, and other intellectual property are the property of The Walt Disney Company or their respective owners.
By installing, accessing, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the App.
We may collect information that you submit directly to us, including:
Account information: name, email address, username, password, and profile image.
Pin data and content: pin photos, collection or board names (for example, “EPCOT Board”), notes, tags, categories, and other details you choose to store in the App.
Communications: feedback, bug reports, feature requests, reviews, survey responses, and support messages or other communications you send to us.
You are not required to provide all of this information, but certain features of the App may not function properly without it.
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and country or region.
Usage data: screens viewed, features used, taps and gestures, and time and date of activity.
Diagnostic data: crash logs, error reports, and performance metrics used to monitor reliability and improve stability.
We generally collect this information in a way that does not directly identify you, unless identification is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
If you use features that allow you to scan or photograph pins:
The App may access your device’s camera and/or photo library to capture or select images.
Pin photos and related image content may be processed by our image recognition and matching systems to help identify pins, suggest relevant information, or improve our identification models.
Pin photos and associated data may be stored within your collections, boards, or history so you can view, edit, and manage them over time.
You may disable camera or photo access at any time through your device settings, but doing so may limit or disable certain core features of the App.
The App uses image recognition, machine learning, computer vision, and other algorithmic systems to identify pins, suggest information, valuations, and matches, and to improve those systems over time. As described in our Terms of Service, photos, scans, and other User Content you submit through the App may be used by Evergreen Apps LLC to develop, train, evaluate, refine, and operate these systems, and to create derived materials such as embeddings, model weights, model outputs, training and evaluation datasets, aggregated data, de-identified data, valuations, and other analyses. These derived materials are owned by Evergreen Apps LLC as described in our Terms of Service and may continue to be used by Evergreen Apps LLC after deletion of your User Content or termination of your account. We do not sell your photos or User Content, and we do not share them with third parties for those parties' independent AI training or commercial purposes.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features.
Identify pins and support your collections, boards, and history.
Personalize your experience, including preferences, layouts, and settings.
Monitor, analyze, and improve performance, functionality, and user experience.
Communicate with you, including important notices, updates, and security alerts.
Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse and protect the security and integrity of our services.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements.
Subscriptions and any in‑App purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect, process, or store your full payment card details or billing information. Apple may collect and process certain transaction data in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or a similar jurisdiction, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract: processing necessary to provide the App and related services you request.
Legitimate interests: improving, securing, and operating the App in ways that do not override your rights and freedoms.
Consent: for certain optional features, analytics, or communications where required by law. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We may share information only in limited circumstances:
Service providers: with trusted third‑party vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support. These providers may use information only as necessary to perform their services and are required to protect it.
Legal and safety purposes: when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; enforce our agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Evergreen Apps, our users, or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction. If this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to ensure continued protection of your information.
We do not share personal information for third‑party advertising or independent marketing purposes.
We are not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company and do not share user data with Disney or any Disney‑branded service for marketing, analytics, personalization, or any other independent purpose.
We retain personal information:
For as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the App and related services.
For a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de‑identify, or anonymize it. If you delete your account or request deletion (where permitted by law), we will do so subject to legal or legitimate retention requirements.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access and receive a copy of your personal information.
Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
Request deletion of personal information.
Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may also manage permissions such as camera, photo library, and notifications through your device settings, or uninstall the App to stop future data collection from that device.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity before responding.
This section provides additional notices and rights required under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), for California residents.
In the past twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of personal information about California residents, as defined under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140, directly from you, automatically through your use of the App, and from our service providers:
(a) Identifiers — name, email address, username, account ID, device identifiers;
(b) Customer records — account information and profile details;
(c) Commercial information — subscription status and purchase history processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play;
(d) Internet or network activity — app usage data, interactions, and feature usage;
(e) Visual information — photographs of pins submitted by you;
(f) Inferences — preferences, predicted interests, and identification results derived from the above.
We use this information for the purposes described in Section 2 of this Policy, including providing and operating the App, identifying pins, training and improving our machine-learning systems (see Section 1.4), security and fraud prevention, legal compliance, and communicating with you.
In the past twelve (12) months, we have disclosed the categories of personal information listed in Section 6A.1 to service providers performing operational functions on our behalf — including hosting, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and authentication — solely for the purposes described in Section 4 of this Policy.
We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of California residents under the age of sixteen (16) without applicable consent. We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information (as defined under the CCPA) for any purpose that would trigger the right to limit such use under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121. We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control ("GPC") opt-out preference signals to the extent required by California law.
We retain personal information for the periods described in Section 5 of this Policy. Specific retention periods vary by category and are determined based on the purpose of collection, the duration of your account, our legal and regulatory obligations, and the resolution of disputes and enforcement of our agreements.
California residents have the following rights, subject to verification of identity and applicable legal exceptions:
(a) Right to Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
(b) Right to Access a portable copy of your personal information;
(c) Right to Correct inaccurate personal information;
(d) Right to Delete your personal information;
(e) Right to Opt Out of any sale or sharing (although we do not sell or share);
(f) Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (although we do not use it for purposes that trigger this right);
(g) Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights;
(h) Right to use an Authorized Agent to submit requests on your behalf.
To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us at legal@pintrading.io with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and include sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We will respond within the timelines required by the CCPA. We may decline requests that are unverifiable, repetitive, manifestly unfounded, or excessive, or where an exception applies.
If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or another US state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have rights to:
(a) Confirm whether we process your personal information;
(b) Access and obtain a portable copy of your personal information;
(c) Correct inaccuracies in your personal information;
(d) Delete your personal information, subject to applicable exceptions;
(e) Opt out of "targeted advertising," "sale" of personal information, and "profiling" in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, as applicable in your state;
(f) Appeal a denial of any of the above requests.
We do not engage in "targeted advertising," "sale" of personal information, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, as those terms are defined under applicable state laws.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@pintrading.io with the subject line "[State] Privacy Request." We will respond within the timelines required by your state's law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by contacting us at the same address with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal."
We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security measures include, without limitation: encryption in transit using industry-standard protocols; access controls and authentication mechanisms for our systems; monitoring for unauthorized access, scraping, and other unauthorized activity; rate limiting and other technical measures to deter automated abuse; logging and incident-response procedures; and regular review of our security posture. We take measures we believe are reasonable to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of our catalog records, identifiers, metadata, embeddings, model weights, model outputs, datasets, valuation pipelines, and related materials that constitute the trade secrets of Evergreen Apps LLC.
No system, however, is completely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, authentication tokens, and any device-paired session data, and for promptly notifying us at legal@pintrading.io of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account.
If we become aware of a security incident that has resulted in the unauthorized acquisition of, access to, or disclosure of personal information in a manner that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of such information, we will provide notice to affected users and to applicable regulators where, and to the extent, required by applicable law. Notice will generally be provided by email to the address associated with your account or by such other means as required by law. The form, timing, and content of any breach notification will be governed by the requirements of applicable law, including without limitation state breach-notification statutes and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Evergreen Apps LLC's pin catalog, pin identifiers, image embeddings, model weights, model outputs, training and evaluation datasets, aggregated data, valuation pipelines, identification algorithms, search indices, internal APIs, authenticated endpoints, and related materials (collectively, the "Protected Materials") constitute valuable trade secrets and confidential business information of Evergreen Apps LLC, within the meaning of the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836 et seq.) and the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 3426 et seq.), and Evergreen Apps LLC has taken reasonable measures to maintain their secrecy.
Any attempt by any person or entity to access, intercept, extract, scrape, harvest, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise misappropriate the Protected Materials — whether by automated means, by unauthorized API access, by use of fraudulent or burner accounts, by interception or man-in-the-middle techniques, by reverse engineering of mobile binaries, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether such person has accepted Evergreen Apps LLC's Terms of Service.
Without limiting any other remedy available to Evergreen Apps LLC at law or in equity, conduct of this nature may give rise to civil and criminal liability under, including without limitation, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), the Defend Trade Secrets Act, the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act, the California Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act (Cal. Penal Code § 502), the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 1201), Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1125(a)), and applicable state and federal laws prohibiting tortious interference, unfair competition, and conversion. Evergreen Apps LLC reserves all rights, claims, defenses, and remedies, including without limitation the right to seek injunctive relief, monetary damages (including liquidated damages as set forth in our Terms of Service), forensic-investigation expenses, attorneys' fees, and criminal referrals to federal and state law-enforcement authorities.
The App is not intended for, directed at, or marketed to children under thirteen (13) years of age (or, in jurisdictions that set a higher minimum age for children's online privacy protection, the applicable higher age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this Policy, please contact us so we can take appropriate action, including deleting such information where required by law.
This Section is intended to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") in the United States, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") in the EEA, the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, and other applicable children's privacy laws.
We are based in the United States, and we may process and store information in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These locations may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards to protect international data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Material changes may be communicated through the App or by other reasonable means as required by law.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop using the App.
